Clinical Hypnotherapy is used to bring about lasting positive changes in many areas of your life.

During a hypnotherapy session you will enter a state of complete relaxation. We have all experienced it as the state between falling asleep and actually sleeping, or when you wake up in the morning and are still hanging onto that state of being very comfortably relaxed.

While you are fully relaxed your conscious mind is being distracted and your unconscious mind does the necessary change work for you. This is a very natural state as the unconscious mind is responsible for regulating your heart beat (we don’t control our heart beat with our waking conscious mind), our breathing and many other bodily functions.
