EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques

is a way by which you apply gentle pressure to certain points of your body, also know as ‘tapping’. In doing so and in conjunction with relevant affirmations, it is possible to achieve pain and/or emotional relief from a multitude of troublesome conditions. Often these conditions have been present since many years and have failed to respond to conventional treatment.
This is where EFT may help easily and quickly and can provide fantastic results in a very short period of time.

It is said that ‘The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system’ By stimulating (tapping) certain pressure points on the body’s meridians you will allow the energy to flow easily again and thus enable your body to eliminate the negative emotion that has lead to physical or emotional dis-ease.

The conditions that may be treated successfully using EFT are wide ranging from addiction to anxiety, bed wetting, depression, migraine, partner problems, phobias, stress and weight problems.
