REIKI

Reiki in its original form is a Japanese form of self-healing, self-development and spiritual growth. It was brought into life back in the 1900s. Since the 1970s it is also being taught in the West.
Reiki is not connected to any faith or religion and its wonderful calming and healing effects can be experienced by anybody

During a Reiki treatment I tap into Universal Energy, which is also known as Chi or Ki. You will then receive this healing energy through me and your body directs the energy to where it is needed, i.e. any painful area in your body.
If you should suffer with stress or emotional turmoil you will feel wonderfully relaxed and calm during and after your treatment..

You will relax, fully clothed, in a comfortable, safe and calm environment where you’ll receive hands-on or hands-off treatments.
Often my clients will see shapes, colours, feel heat or cold.

Whatever you experience is right for you as you are using the energy in a way that is beneficial for you.
